Pamusika ("we", "us") operates www.pamusika.net, an online classifieds marketplace for Zimbabwe. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, password hash.
• Ad data: ad content, photos, prices, location and contact details you choose to publish.
• Usage data: pages visited, search queries, device and browser information, IP address.
• Payment data: processed by Paynow Zimbabwe; we receive only the transaction reference and status.

2. How we use it

• To operate the marketplace and display your ads.
• To deliver promotion packages you purchase.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to respond to lawful requests.
• To improve the platform and personalise the content you see.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with: hosting and infrastructure providers, Paynow Zimbabwe for payments, Google AdSense for advertising, and authorities where required by law.

4. Cookies

We use first-party cookies for sign-in sessions and third-party cookies from Google AdSense for advertising measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Email privacy@pamusika.net for any other request.

6. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access controls in our database, and limit access to authorised personnel only.

7. Children

Pamusika is not intended for users under 18.
