1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Pamusika you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in Zimbabwe.
3. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password secret and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Posting rules
- Only post items you have the legal right to sell.
- Ads must be accurate, not misleading, and in the correct category.
- No prohibited goods: weapons, drugs, counterfeit items, stolen property, hazardous materials, or anything illegal under Zimbabwean law.
- No hate speech, harassment, or adult content.
- We may remove ads and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Promotion packages
Paid promotion packages (Basic, Featured, Premium) are activated upon successful Paynow Zimbabwe payment and last for the stated period. Promotions are non-refundable once active.
6. No warranty
Pamusika is a venue for buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions and make no warranty about the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any ad. Meet sellers in safe public places and verify items before paying.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pamusika is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform or any transaction with another user.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
